“Santoku” is a Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife similar to European chef’s knife.
SHOSO series is made entirely of stainless steel and offers easy care and handling as well as its sleek seamless look. Robust, durable and ideal for daily use in the kitchen.
Perfectly sharp blade is great for a clean precise cut and excellent for delicate slicing. Double-edged blade makes suitable for both left and right handed users.
Handle has distinctive diamond pattern for a secure and comfortable grip. Seamless transition from handle to blade provides optimum hygiene and emphasises the clearly defined lines of the knife.
