Returns Policy

We take great pride in the products we offer and make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If for any reason you are not happy, we can either offer you a refund or an exchange based on the circumstances of your purchase.

For any return or exchange to be processed, please contact us within 14 days of delivery date. Please do not send items back without notifying us first.

 

Return
We accept returns if the item is still in a brand new / unused / unworn condition with the original tags and packaging, and you are happy to pay postage for return. Please note we will retain any original shipment costs incurred and it will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchange
We offer an exchange if the item is still in a brand new / unused / unworn condition with the original tags and packaging, and you are happy to pay postage for return and resend.

Sale items
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Shipping fee
Shipping fee is non refundable.
