10000CL Santoku Knife
“Santoku” is a Japanese all-purpose kitchen knife similar to European chef’s knife.
10000CL series is made using the unique 3-layer composite blade technology and offers top cutting performance with high edge retention and corrosion resistance.
Ultimately sharp blade is perfect for cutting fish, meat and vegetables, and great for delicate slicing. Double-edged blade makes suitable for both left and right handed users.
Beautifully wood grained handle is light weight, durable and moisture resistant. Seamless finish between blade, bolster and handle provides excellent hygiene and easy comfortable holding of the knife.

Stainless steel is highly rust resistant, not rust proof. It may rust without a proper care.
